3 Martinis #8 :: Alberta Venture Mag

Another illo in an ongoing monthly series for the magazine . The main character Seymour Cash has gone through a bit of de-volution at the request of the AD. They wanted him to have a more 'ruffled' demeanor. Had fun designing his tie which will figure in future installments. Viola. Article can be read here.

okay--not having read the piece or anything... i see peter lawford in vegas just in after a long night of drinking and gambling, about to fall off his chair, wondering why on earth he'd stopped for the mcwaffles.

This series certainly is stellar. I enjoyed reading the article, too. It makes for a more satisfying experience to see the story and illustration working together. (One should be able to click on the art and have it expand to a nice, clear resolution, tho-- but this is something that most websites have failed to recognize.)
